Hello, everyone! I'm Jason.
I've worked in the field of smart hardware and AI at large companies, and I'm now venturing into AI-related entrepreneurship.
Two years ago, during a routine check-up, my wife was diagnosed with thyroid nodules. This year, after a biopsy, we found out it was a malignant tumor, so she underwent surgery to remove her left thyroid. The procedure went smoothly, but it's been quite a long journey. Going forward, she needs to watch her diet carefully — for example, limiting foods like kelp and cruciferous vegetables.
This inspired me to create an app to help thyroid patients manage their diet. The app's core functions are:
- To identify which foods are safe to eat and explain why certain foods should be avoided.
- To remind users when to take medication (my wife currently takes levothyroxine, which she often forgets to take an hour or two before meals).
- To generate meal plans (because deciding what to eat every day is truly exhausting).
That's the plan so far. If you have any other ideas, please let me know. I currently have a small team ready to develop this app.
Finally, I wish you all good health, good health, good health (some things are worth saying three times).
